Smorgasburg has bragging rights as the largest weekly outdoor food market in the country. Started in Williamsburg, this market has consistently drawn fantastic local vendors to sell food and drink on the Brooklyn waterfront—and thousands of hungry visitors to sample them. Now that the warm weather has officially settled in, Smorgasburg is back and better than ever. Find out the new locations and times you can experience Smorgasburg this season!

Hudson Yards

Bona Bona Ice Cream

Bona Bona ice cream will be featured at the new Smorgasburg at Hudson Yards.

Manhattan’s newest neighborhood will be hosting 6 Smorgasburg vendors every Tuesday and Wednesday. Come to Hudson Yards’ luxury mall and climbable sculpture, then sample affordable global cuisine at these “Mini-Smorg” tents. Oconomi, Jianbing Co., Excell’s Kingston Eatery, Home Frite, and Bona Bona Ice Cream will number among the rotating list of vendors beginning their run on May 14. Open Tuesday-Wednesday, 11am-7pm. West 34th St. at Hudson Blvd E.

World Trade Center

Big Mozz mozzarella Smorgasburg Prospect Park

This summer, Big Mozz will be selling mozzarella sticks at Smorgasburg by World Trade Center.

The World Trade Center is home to essential sightseeing like the 9/11 Museum & Memorial and One World Observatory. Take a break, get some sun, and try something new on your day in the Financial District at the new World Trade Center outpost of Smorgasburg. Every Friday, 30 vendors post up outside the Oculus at Westfield World Trade Center, serving lobster waffle fries from Lobsterdamus, mozzarella sticks from Big Mozz, Wagyu beef sushi from Tojo’s Kitchen, and pizza from Wood Fired Edibles. Open Fridays, 11:30am-7pm. Westfield World Trade Center Plaza.

Smorgasburg’s flagship location on the East River waterfront has returned to Williamsburg for the season. Come Saturdays for 100 tents filled with fantastic food. Innovative treats like the savory pizza cupcake and chicken in a waffle cone at The Blue Chicken will be on sale every weekend. You can also sample international flavors from Venezuela at Vayalo Cocina, Brazilian coxinha from Petisco Brazuca, and Canadian at Flying V Poutine. Open Saturdays, 11am-6pm. 90 Kent Ave. at N 7th St.

Prospect Park

Sundays, Central Brooklyn hosts Smorgasburg at the largest park in the borough, Prospect Park. Visit Breeze Hill in the park for an Amazeballs meatball sandwich and Fluffies’ pillowy souffle pancakes for some inventive comfort food. Or get swept away with Instagrammable Dessert Tornadoes from Kochin, which combines frozen desserts, jellies, espresso, and a cookie. Nansense will sell Mantu dumplings and other Afghan foods, and Sons of Thunder make poke. In case you can’t make it on Sunday, know that many of these Prospect Park vendors attend Williamsburg’s weekly Smorgasburg as well. Open Sundays, 11am-6pm. East Dr. at Lincoln Rd.

Smorgasburg is open weekly, rain or shine. For more information, visit
