The festivities, which take place at Hudson River Park's Pier 84 (557 Twelfth Ave. at 43rd St.), begin at 4pm and run until 8pm and include Greenway bike tours, door prizes (bikes and more), complimentary food and drink, and a twilight water taxi excursion.
