Dinner: a.kitchen: Vine(yl) Night Presented by Visit Philadelphia
Experience an evening of vinyl, food and wine. Deep cuts by way of a.kitchen’s ever-popular, quarterly Vine-yl Night series and part of its award-winning natural wine and beverage program. Sommelier Frank Kinyon curates the wine and vinyl selections while chef Eli Collins (Philadelphia Magazine’s Best Chef 2022), pairs an array of snacks and small plates to complete the experience.
Behind the beverages are winemakers Francesca Galarus and Nicholas Ducos, co-owners of Mural City Cellars, Philadelphia’s first independently owned urban winery. With the overall goal of making wine more accessible, they prioritize minimal intervention and local grapes.
